Raine Cox

I studied animal science because I loved agriculture and the people who spend their lives inside it. The longer I worked around farm policy, the more I noticed the gap between the independent American farmer we like to talk about and the economics most producers are actually living with.

So I founded Community Agriculture Corporation in 2023, and I spend the rest of my time on public policy, local government, and grant work, plus a sewing table, which is where Range & Reverie came from.

What I'm working on

Community Agriculture Corporation is my main project. It started in 2023 and it is now in its seed funding stage while we raise the money to begin our next build. Read more about it here.

Alongside that, I work in public policy and local government: legislative research and constituent work for a state representative, a corridor overlay for the City of Ball Ground, municipal policy research for the Georgia Municipal Association, and ARPA and HUD grant work for Athens-Clarke County. That work is written up under portfolio, and the agriculture side lives on the agriculture page.

I also write. The piece I'd point you to first is my qualified immunity article for the Georgia Municipal Association.

Range & Reverie

These are pieces I designed for the collection, photographed on our models at the Kansas City Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2026 Thursday Evening Runway Show at Union Station. I have been sewing and altering clothes since I was seven, and I am still building this into a real brand rather than pretending it already is one.

We plan to launch our full, unabridged collection in June 2027. Stay tuned for our editorial magazine coming out late this fall.
